The hunting season in Uruguay is long, and the limits are generous. Uruguay dove hunting is open all year long, as well as decoyed pigeon hunting. There is no season and no limit placed on these crop destroying pests. Uruguay duck hunts take place between May 1st and September 15th. The Perdiz hunting in Uruguay is somewhat more restrictive; the hunting season lasts from May until August.
